Do I have to pay for holding consultation with a specialist?
Consultation is absolutely FREE!  We designed it this way so that everyone can have the opportunity to access dental health.  We are happy to encourage everyone who visits us to ask questions. Your inquiries will go a long way in helping you understand the benefits of the dental procedure as well as the entire process of the dental procedure.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, Visa card, MasterCard, JazyyPay and HMO cards.
I’m coming from another dentist. Will it be possible for me to avail the dental imaging service?
Absolutely. However, you will need your dentist’s referral. Also, since our specialists did not begin the evaluation process with you initially, we cannot evaluate the end result.  It would still be up to your referring dentist to interpret the imagery to you because they are more familiar with your unique dental health management file.
Why you do not publish your prices in your website?
Each case is unique, and our pricing reflects the severity of the dental cases.  This helps us provide better health management.  Our pricing is determined by what kind of procedure or devices will be needed for a particular patient’s case. We always discuss our prices before carrying out any dental procedure, so that the patient has the option to accept the pricing or choose a more financially suitable option.
If I am an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) or tourist, can I have consultation prior to my vacation?
You can hold online consultations with us via FaceTime, Skype or Facebook Messenger, or through a phone call.  You can also hold consultations with us via email.  We will be glad to help you manage your health plan so that you can spend more time on your vacation.
Will it be possible for you to continue managing my dental braces if I’m coming from another Orthodontist?
We require an approval and a dental brace plan from your orthodontist.
Can you expedite the procedure?
Yes we can!  We always try our best to meet patient’s need.  Depending on the expedited requests, it is possible it might have expedited fee.
